Junior high

I can't believe Bourbon is starting junior high this year! It's crazy. We had to go there tuesday morning from 9-11am to meet the principal and teachers, take a tour, get his schedule and supplies, and watch the cheerleaders put on a "what not to wear" fashion show.






Bourbon & Stew don't have any classes together, darn it.




6th grade?! How did that happen so fast?! :)

He's growing up so fast!!





He can't wait to get a locker! They aren't allowed to carry their backpacks except for before and after school, it has to stay in the locker, but they can carry a tote bag, which they sell there, so he got one.



School starts on Aug 12th. Bourbon goes to school from 8:25a-3:20p, and it is directly across the street from Starla's school where I will be working from 9am-3pm (starla goes to class from 9:30-2:30 but can hang out in my class before and after her class). I start work on the 17th and She starts back on the 24th. Roman's school hours are 9am-3:50pm this year! So we will take Bourbon to school, come back then take Roman to school, then go back so I can go to work, lol. Back & forth!
