Hee hee, I just noticed that I have 2 loser week 3 posts, oops. One of those is supposed to be week 4, and this is supposed to be week 6. DOH!
Anyways, I lost 2.8 lbs this week for a grand total of 11.8 lbs in 6 weeks. Not too shabby.
I am rocking it at my workouts, doing really well at working out 6 days a week, even if only small workouts.
And I am doing really well at eating healthier.
I am learning SOOOO much very interesting, and somewhat scary stuff about the foods we eat and the chemicals we put into our bodies and yet never seem to question, and what they are doing to us. I want to sit and share some of the most interesting stuff, btu I just don't have the time at the moment, so hopefully soon.
This last week has been one of those crazy chaotic roller coaster of a weeks in our house, and I'm not sure the ride is over yet, lol. But maybe if nothing else, on friday I should have a moment or 2 to get caught up on the blog.
