Here's some pics from our day there!
After the museum we went to my grandparents in seminole. I was so busy helping my grandma with a project, that these are the only 2 pics I took while we were there!! oops!
my grandma is so crafty and creative. I see alot of her in my dad, and alot of that in me as well. It's so neat to see traits that you have, that have been passed down from generation to generation! This is my grandma's bottle tree, when the sunlight hits them, it is beautiful! I am always on the look out for colored bottles for her to add to her tree!
And this is also when Starla decided to go exploring in my grandparents bedroom while I was in a different part of the house with my grandma helping her go through all of her pictures and get some of them on the walls. Starla was in the living room with the boys and my grandpa watching cartoons, I asked the boys to keep an eye on her, but I guess they were too engrossed in the TV, becuase Starla managed to dump out my grandmas jewlrey box and get into one of those 7 day pill boxes and dump it all out too back in their bedroom. In the process she ate a "red one" as she told me. She said it was yucky and that she spit it out, but we couldn't find any of the remains of it. It turns out the red one was just a multivitamin with iron, and she reeked of the vitamin smell, so we know she ate it. So we took her to the ER, but they said even if she ate the whole thing that it wasn't enough iron to be toxic to her. Her whole body reeked of the vitamin smell for hours though, it was just coming out of her pores. The Dr even said "Um, hopefully that smell will go away as she metabolizes it." lol. We should have just called posion control, but I wasn't thinking very clearly at the moment, so we just went to the ER, where they called poison control, lol. Kids.
